- Floor waxing up to 50 percent of total operations
- Subcontracted cleaning services up to 25 percent of annual sales
- Ancillary operations such as lawn maintenance, landscaping, incidental interior painting, carpet and window cleaning, permitted up to 50 percent (combined) of annual sales
- New to business
- Business that experienced recent loss
Coverage
- General liability up to $5,000,000
- Loss (partial or complete) of equipment, limits up to $2.500 for damaged items and to $10.000 per lost items
- Rental Reimbursement
- Rental of replacement equipment, limits up to $250 per day
- Key loss damage up to $25,000
- Property damage extension, limits up to $200,000
- Employee theft, limits up to $100,000
- Ineligible risks include: working during open for business hours, handyman work, street cleaning and insurance claim response
