- Optional liability coverage up to $1 million
- 3, 6, 9 or 12 months policies (only up to 3 months for renovation)

- Residential and commercial properties up to 3 floors and 20,000 square feet New construction project:
- Construction costs not exceeding $1,000,000
- Project up to 20% complete Renovation project:
